Will Nguyen is responsible for the overall IT consulting direction and service delivery at KPMG ranging from Digital Innovation Services, CIO Advisory, ERP Consulting & Implementation, Cybersecurity and IT Audit.
During his 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, he has worked with over 100 clients across US, Vietnam and Cambodia in most sectors ranging from Banking, Insurance, Telco, FMCG, Real estate & Construction, Retails, Professional services.
For the last 8 years, Will has been focusing more in assisting clients with their Digital and ERP transformation. He has led over 20 medium-to-large scale technology transformation programs within the last 3 years, including the first Cloud ERP transformation within ASPAC, first Cloud ERP implementation by a bank anywhere, and two of the largest digital transformation projects within the region within the last 2 years.
